INTERNAL POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal power supply circuit which can regulate a voltage drop of the inner power supply due to an operating current and realize a stable operating speed of an internal circuit within the voltage range of the operating power supply.

SOLUTION: The internal power supply circuit 12 is provided with: a differential amplifier 50 for amplifying the voltage difference between a voltage higher or lower than the voltage of the internal power supply InVccS byΔV at a power supplying node (A) and a reference voltage Vref; a driving transistor 51 controlled by negative feedback with the output of the differential amplifier 50 for supplying the current into the internal circuit through the power supplying node; and a polarity switching circuit 58. The polarity switching circuit 58 makes the differential amplifier 50 amplify the voltage difference between the InVccS+ΔV and Vref at the normal state while making the differential amplifier 50 amplify the InVccS-ΔV and Vref during a certain period of time after an activating signal is input.
