a) a PAR ligand domain;
b) a BoNT/A enzymatic domain;
c) a BoNT/A translocation domain; and
d) a non-BoNT/A binding domain;
polynucleotide molecules encoding said modified BoNT/A and a method of producing said modified BoNT/A.
