A plastic film for repelling vermin for a construction material is provided to improve environmental friendliness by using no harmful volatile insecticide. A plastic film for repelling vermin comprises a plastic resin composition containing a natural vermin repellent. Preferably the plastic resin is poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) or polyethylene(PE); and the natural vermin repellent is at least one extract selected from pyrethrum, lemon eucalyptus(Eucalyptus citriodora), citronella, geraniol, citral, nerol and eucalyptus. Preferably the film is used as the back layer of a construction finishing material.
