A navigation method and a navigation system are provided to perform road guidance according to a path to destination by providing more than three directional indications based on the current position of a user. A navigation method comprises the steps of: receiving current position information(S120); receiving destination information; and generating path information according to the current position information and the destination information(S130), and displaying a directional indication based on the path information in a process order on a screen(S140).
