A method of insert molding a metallic label onto the sole of a shoe is provided to strengthen bonding force between them, and to emphasize aesthetic view of 3D patterns or logo engraved on the label. For an insert molding, a metallic label(30) is turned over and settled in a label insert portion of a lower molding, and a sole(40) made of rubber or synthetic resin is placed on the label. When heat is applied to the molding, a half-melt portion of the sole passes through a logo perforated portion(32) of the label to be filled into logo characters and a recessed step side(36a) of a bridge(36). Further, the sole passes through coupling holes(34) that are perforated along the edge of the label, thereby reinforcing the bonding force between the sole and the label. |
