A ventilation duct connector made of synthetic resin is provided to prevent a ventilation duct from being separated from the ventilation duct connector by inserting a packing on a connection part between the ventilation duct and the ventilation duct connector. A ventilation duct connector(1) made of synthetic resin comprises a connection stepped portion(1a) includes an inner wall(1a') and an outer wall(1a''). A stepped portion is formed at an inner side of the inner wall. At least one slit(1d) is formed at the inner wall and the outer wall, so that the slit is coupled to a reinforcing rib(2a) of a ventilation duct(2). A saw-toothed projection(1c) is formed on a surface of the outer wall of the connection stepped portion in perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the ventilation duct connector. A packing(3) is coupled to the connection stepped portion. The packing includes an insertion recess, an insertion piece and a fixing piece. The insertion piece is longer than the fixing piece and is getting narrow toward an end thereof. A contact projection piece extends from an upper surface and a lower surface of the insertion piece in perpendicular to an insertion direction of the packing. A saw-toothed fixing recess is formed at an inner surface of the fixing piece in perpendicular to an insertion direction of the packing.
