PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console utility enabling the effective use of a console upper space in both specifications for switches and dummy switches and the commonization of parts and manufacturing apparatuses. SOLUTION: A wall 3 is formed on both the left and right sides of the console upper part of a section B' at which the switches 1 or the dummy switches 2 are installed. A slide rail 5 for a tray 4 is installed on the inner side of the wall 3 at the position higher than the installation surface on which the switches are arranged. By sliding the tray 4 with both the left and right ends brought into contact with the rail 5, the tray can slide within the range from the upper part of the switch arranged section to the upper part of the utility space in the front of the console upper part.
