PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image quality adjusting device, an image quality adjusting method, and an image quality adjusting program which can efficiently adjust image quality of an adjustment target device so as to approximate the image quality of a reference device. SOLUTION: The target device 50 is provided with a scaler 51, an image quality adjusting engine 52, and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) panel 53. The image quality adjusting engine 52 is composed of a color management regulator 522, a gamma regulator 524, and a gain-bias regulator 525, etc. A control section 11 of the image quality adjusting device 10 is provided with a data memory section 12 which memorizes characteristic data of the reference device and the target device 50. The control section 11 calculates gamma-white balance conversion data on the basis of the data of the data memory section 12, and makes the gamma regulator 524 hold them. The control section 11 calculates color management setting profile data using data of the data memory section 12 and the gamma-white balance conversion data, and makes the color management regulator 522 hold them.
