<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning controller capable of grasping relationship between an operation of a function and a set value only by displayed contents. <P>SOLUTION: The database 73 stores an operation explaining data D42a for explaining the operation of the function executed in an air conditioning device 100, a relationship explaining data D42b for explaining the relationship between the explanation of the operation of the function and the set value, and a set display layout data D42.
