METHOD FOR WASHING SEPARATION MEMBRANE MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing, particularly reversely washing, a separation membrane module to be used for filtering original water to obtain purified water. SOLUTION: The method for washing the separation membrane module to be used for filtering the original water to obtain the permeated purified water comprises a step (A') to supply washing water from a permeated water side to an original water side of the separation membrane module which has two gateways on the original water side and discharge the supplied washing water from the two gateways on the original water side so that the amounts of the washing water to be discharged from the two gateways are made different from each other.
