PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a wind collector plus a propeller due to wind pressure during strong wind because of the wide area of the wind collector. SOLUTION: The well ventilating wind collectors 4, 10 are provided on wind skeletons 2, 13 which are wider toward the wind, via wind collecting supports 3, 12. Springs 1, 14 coiled several times are each fixed at one end to the wind skeleton at a position different from that of the wind collecting support, and at the other end to the well ventilating wind collector. Force is applied to the springs so that the well ventilating wind collectors are opened when wind power ranks 25th. The well ventilating propeller 24 is fabricated in a similar way, but the number of the springs is increased or the size of each spring is increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
