PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stick-like makeup remover having a soft touch to the skin, no feeling of greasiness after use, an excellent removal effect of cosmetic film and makeup foundation effect of reapplication of makeup even after partial removal of cosmetic film.
