PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device which is capable of easily passing through a narrow road or a corner, easily parked, and capable of conveying commodities of considerably large amounts, allowing a cargo bed to form a conveying truck without any change when commodities of large amounts must be delivered to one place, and not requiring any hard work when handing heavy commodities. SOLUTION: The conveying device comprises a truck and an inclined plate. The truck has wheels and an inclined plate. The inclined plate can be inclined with a part of the truck as a supporting point.
