<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sealing performance and abrasion resistance property in a water pump sealing device 1 mounted to between a housing 2 and a shaft 3 so that sealing liquid such as LLC does not leak from the inside A of a machine to the outside B of the machine. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device has: a first seal lip 24 of end lip structure having a fluid shaking off function by centrifugal force in rotation of a shaft 3; and a second seal lip 34 installed on the outside B of the machine than the first seal lip 24.
