摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensionally shaped pipe which permits a reinforcing structural part to be simultaneously molded at the time of performing secondary injection molding and attains productivity and cost reduction, and to provide a manufacturing mold therefor. SOLUTION: An embodiment of this method comprises steps for melting and bonding the joint part of a pipe product W having a hollow shape particularly by secondary injection molding, and as shown in Figs.2-4, simultaneously molding a reinforcing linking member G at least at one place of a part wherein the strength of the pipe is low. Concretely, a separate injection molding orifice (not illustrated) for forming the reinforcing linking member G which is connected to the injection discharge orifice 5 is formed in at least one place of a movable side platen 2b and a fixed side platen 3, and the reinforcing linking member G is simultaneously molded at the time of secondary injection molding and formed integrally. A part weak in the pipe strength means a portion wherein the cross section of the pipe is relatively longitudinally large in the pipe, and includes, in an exhaust manifold and the like, a portion having a large volume and the like.
