PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a men's lower-half garment designed so that a front crotch part cloth hardly slides up so as to have comfortable wearing feeling in spite of having fitting properties. SOLUTION: The men's lower-half garment is structured as follows: the front body part and the back body part of the garment are made of stretchable main body raw material; the right and left lower side parts of a pair of right and left front body parts ranging from the right and left both sides surrounding the crotch part to the right and left front bottom edge while the border line position between the front body part and the crotch part is set as the lower limit, is made of stretchable raw material having lower stretchability than that of the main body raw material; and the right and left lower-side parts of the front body part made of the lower-stretchable raw material have the width of 3-10 cm from the crotch part side end edge to the front bottom edge side end edge, and is formed in a range of 20-30% of the whole length of the bottom part at the front bottom side from the front crotch joint.
