PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wired intracelom mover which can move forward or backward in a celom by stably obtaining propulsion force by a spiral rotation free from friction between the inner wall of celom and the inserting part. SOLUTION: The intracelom mover 10 is provided with the first spiral rotation part 20 with a spiral protrusion formed on its external surface, the second spiral rotation part 30 with a spiral protrusion opposite the protrusion formed on the first spiral rotation part, a motor 40 which is built in the second spiral rotation part and has a rotary spindle concentric with the second spiral rotation part, a link member 42 which has a transmissibility of rotation force for linking the rotary spindle of the motor to the first spiral rotation part and a defectable cable bundle 50 which is linked concentrically with the second spiral rotation part being rotatable relatively and has a cable or the like for connection to a device or the like arrayed outside a living body. The intracelom mover relatively rotates the first and second spiral rotation parts with the built-in motor through the link member to move itself forward or backward in linkage with them respectively.
