PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional dimension measuring device and a three-dimensional dimension measuring program, capable of measuring a three-dimensional dimension of a measuring object with high accuracy, at low cost. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional dimension measuring device 1 is equipped with a TV camera 14 for imaging the measuring object and generating an image signal, a slit light source 12 for projecting slit light to the measuring object, and a computer 10. The computer 10 is equipped with an edge-extracting part for extracting the edge of the measuring object, based on the image signal generated by the TV camera 14; a slit center line extraction part for extracting a slit center line showing the slit center position; a slit characteristic point extraction part for extracting a slit characteristic point, based on the edge and the slit center line; a three-dimensional coordinate calculation means for calculating the three-dimensional coordinate of the characteristic point, based on the coordinate of the characteristic point; and a characteristic quantity calculating part for calculating the characteristic quantities of the measuring object, based on the three-dimensional coordinate of the characteristic point.
