PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily controlling the posture and location of at least one carbon nanomaterial by using an electrical technique or an optical technique. SOLUTION: By introducing a method for modifying a carbon nanomaterial comprising a process for preparing a liquid in which the carbon nanomaterial is mixed and a process for adding an ion conductive or insulative coating agent into the liquid, the semiconductive or metallic characteristic effect of the carbon nanomaterial is reduced and an electric and optical operation is realized.
