A cylinder-shaped aluminum printing method is provided to shorten the drying time by engraving letters on a cylinder-shaped aluminum roller, corroding the letter engraved parts only with iron chloride, and then wiping off iron chloride with cloth or alcohol. A cylinder-shaped aluminum printing method comprises the steps of: processing a cylinder-shaped aluminum roller by a polishing unit(S1); engraving letters on a vinyl coating sheet(S2); boring plural fine holes in the letters and then winding the vinyl coating sheet around the cylinder-shaped aluminum roller(S3); corroding the letter engraved parts for 5~10 minutes at normal temperature by injecting iron chloride into plural fine holes(S4); separating the vinyl coating sheet(S5); electrolytic-polishing and then rinsing the cylinder-shaped aluminum roller(S6); drying the cylinder-shaped aluminum roller by mopping the cylinder-shaped aluminum roller with cloth or alcohol(S7); and printing materials by the cylinder-shaped aluminum roller engraved with letters(S8).
