A drowning prevention device is provided to save a life safely by using a device out of water for a drowning man who can not control himself due to fear from the drowning. A drowning prevention device includes a tube(f1), a receiver(f2), an LED(f3), a speaker(f4), a battery(f5), a button(f6), and a remote controller. The tube is blown up in case of drowning of a user. The receiver receives a signal from the remote controller. The LED indicates a spot of the drowning at night. The speaker notifies a rescuer with the remote controller of the spot of the drowning with sound. The battery supplies power to the drowning prevention device. The button is pressed by a user to operate a band in case of drowning. The remote controller transmits the signal to the receiver for operating the drowning prevention device.
