APPARATUS FOR GRINDING CELL TYPE GUIDE ROLE OF CONTINUOUS CAST SEGMENT

An apparatus of processing a cell-type segment guide roll of a continuous cast is provided to reduce the maintenance cost and the process time by processing the segment roll in a state in which all parts are assembled on a shaft. An apparatus of processing a cell-type segment guide roll(100) of a continuous cast comprises a lathe and a fixing part for supporting the segment guide roll. A shaft of the cell-type segment roll is mounted on the lathe. A middle bearing(200b) is provided at two sides of the middle part in the shaft. The fixing part includes an adaptor(300e), an adaptor fixing support(300d) disposed at an upper part of the adaptor, a bracket(300c) and a beam. The adaptor is mounted on the lathe to fix the middle bearing. The bracket allows the adaptor fixing support to move up/down. The beam adjusts a distance of the bracket in a length direction of the segment guide roll.
