PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four cycle engine capable of improving gas liquid separating performance with a structure suitable in weigh, dimensions and cost while suppressing pumping loss by reducing inner pressure by sucking air in an engine case, and a motorcycle provided with the same. SOLUTION: An engine E is provided with the engine case 20 storing a crank shaft 18, a pump P1 sucking air in the engine case 20, and an air sucking passage 36 establishing communication between the engine case 20 and the pump P1.
