<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture instrument capable of puncturing the skin with a puncture needle at a prescribed position. <P>SOLUTION: The puncture instrument 1 is for puncturing the skin (dermis D) with the puncture needle 411. The puncture instrument 1 comprises the movably held puncture needle 411, a fixed part 2 with a flat surface 2a to be fixed to the body surface, and a skin deforming means 3 with a bendable flat plate-like member 5.
