PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of realizing mass production by electric welding between planar terminal even when using a round terminal for improving waterproofness. SOLUTION: The sensor device comprises: a cup-shaped case 21; a detection element 22 to be housed in the case 21; an elastic body 24 to be force fitted in the case 21; a round rod like terminal 23 electrically connected with an end of the terminal of the detection element 22 and press-inserted to the elastic body 24; a planar terminal 31 electrically connected with the end to the other end of the round rod like terminal 23; a connection part at least round rod like terminal 23 and the planar terminal 31; and a mold part 30 for covering the opening side of the case 21. An end part of the planar terminal 31 is characteristically provided with the protruding part 31a at the part contacting with the round rod terminal 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
