PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-fan vertical taking-off/landing craft capable of consistently controlling the posture and the motion of a craft body with low level noise when the craft is in a hovering state in the air and the craft flies at low speed, and its posture and motion control method. SOLUTION: Lift fans 10L, 10R for generating the floating thrust are arranged on right and left main wings 1a, 1b, and reaction jets 20F, 20B, 20L, 20R for generating the control torque are arranged on a head part 1c and a tail part 1d of the craft body, and ends of both wings. In addition, a louver 12 consisting of a first louver 12a for deflecting the jet direction to the roll direction, and a second louver 12b for deflecting the jet direction to the pitch direction is arranged downstream of the lift fans 10L, 10R. A jet gas from the reaction jets 20F, 20B, 20L, 20R is continuously jetted from a multi-jet nozzle 30 having an opening ratio control mechanism while extracting the exhaust from the lift fans and setting the jet direction to be upper and lower directions.
