PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyalkylene carbonate resin composition excellent in tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength, and to provide a molded form of the same. SOLUTION: The polyalkylene carbonate resin composition comprises a total of 100 wt.% of (A) 99-20 wt.% of a polyalkylene carbonate resin and (B) 1-80 wt.% of inorganic fibers or synthetic fibers.
