PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a joint connector used for an automobile harness circuit to be simple and reliable, and to facilitate the branch connection of an electric wire. SOLUTION: A connection section 2a of a reception terminal 2 to which the electric wire 3 is connected is inserted into a terminal insertion hole 1c provided in a holding body 1, and the electric wire 3 is attached along a long groove 1b. In the pin insertion hole 1a, the center of a cylindrical contact 2c formed at the connection section 2a coincides with that of the pin insertion hole 1a. Then, when a pin terminal 4a of a through pin 4 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 1a provided in the center shaft of the holding body 1, the pin terminal 4a penetrates the cylindrical contact 2c in the connection section 2a of each reception terminal 2 and all reception terminals 2 are short-circuited by the pin terminal 4a, so that all electric wires 3 conduct electricity one another.
