(1) The stereoscopic pattern piece is manufactured by high-frequency induction heating with a recessed mold (32). (2) A recessed mold (132) used has a second melt-cutting blade (152) on the outer periphery of the melt-cutting blade (151). (3) First, upper and intermediate layer stereoscopic shaped bodies (216) having recessed parts (244) on their lower surfaces are formed by using the recessed mold (232) and a projected mold (233), and then the high-frequency induction heating is further performed to flow a lower layer material (213) in the recessed part. (4) First, upper and intermediate layer stereoscopic shaped bodies (316, 416) are formed, and then the high-frequency induction heating is further performed to weld the upper and intermediate stereoscopic shaped bodies to a base material (414). |
