PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody reagent coupled specifically to an injured alimentary canal smooth muscle cell of an ischemic digestive organ disease or a severe ulcerating digestive organ disease, and for detecting the disease in vitro. SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the antibody reagent containing an antibody for a human smooth muscle myosin or an active fragment thereof, and for detecting the digestive organ disease, a kit therefor, and a screening method of screening the digestive organ disease using those.
