PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost, improve reliability and mountability, and save space of a electronically controlled throttle device. SOLUTION: The opening of a throttle valve 2 is controlled by using a motor 3. A cover 10 for covering one end side of a throttle valve shaft 8 is attached to a side wall of a throttle body 1. A throttle position sensor unit 9 and an electronic control module 11 for controlling the throttle valve 2 is attached to an inner face of the cover 10. The throttle position sensor 9 and the electronic control module 11 are contiguous to each other and connected at a position contiguous thereto. The cover 10 is provided with a connector portion for external connection of the electronic control module 11. One end of a group of lead frames constituting terminals of the connector portion is aligned and arranged along one side on the inside of the cover 10, and is connected to a group of terminals provided in the electronic control module 11.
