PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition easy in handling, giving insulating cured products excellent in heat resistance, moist heat resistance and antifungal property. SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin composition comprises an aqueous dispersion obtained by dispersing a one-pack type insulating polyurethane resin in water and a benzimidazole compound, which urethane resin is obtained by further reacting a chain-extender with an insulating urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol having≤20 wt.% oxygen content and≤155 iodine number with a polyisocyanate (wherein, the one-pack type insulating polyurethane resin is compounded so that the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate is 1.4-2.2 times equivalent based on the total of active hydrogen of the polyol and the chain extender).
