METHOD FOR REPAIRING PROTECTIVE TUBE IN WHICH CABLE HAS BEEN LAID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for repairing a protective tube under a state where a cable has been laid.

SOLUTION: After a cable 25 is placed in one split member 2 constituting a tubular repair material 1 on one opening side of a protective tube 22, split face of the other split member 3 is bonded to the split face of the split member 2 to form the tubular repair material 1 which is then inserted into the protective tube 22 from one opening. Subsequently, a next tubular repair material 1 is formed by above-mentioned method and after one opening end of the tubular repair material 1 is connected to the opening end of the tubular repair material 1 previously inserted into the protective tube 22, the tubular repair material 1 is inserted into the protective tube 22, and then the previous tubular repair material 1 is moved to the other opening side of the protective tube 22. The tubular repair material 1 is arranged from one opening end to the other opening end of the protective tube 22 under a state where the cable 25 is passed through the protective tube 22 by repeating the above-mentioned steps repeatedly.
