PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible joint for a culvert, which can be installed and positioned easily, regardless of to shapes of culverts to be connected to each other. SOLUTION: A form body 17, in a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the culvert 11, is provided on the outside of a pair of circular ring-shaped mounting frame bodies 14 which are equipped with a means 15 for fixation to an end 13 of the culvert 11. A flexible cut-off member 21, which is formed in an approximately short-tube shape composed of an elastic body, such as rubber and a synthetic resin and the intermediate part of which is equipped with an expansion/contraction part 21a, is mounted astride the pair of form bodies 14. A jointing member is provided at least in between the frame bodies 14 and between the form bodies 17. Thus, concrete is placed, in a state in which the flexible joint 10 is arranged at the ends 13 of the culverts 11 to be connected to each other. Consequently, positioning is performed easily, by using the form body 17 suited to the outer shape of the culvert, so that the flexible joint 10 can be easily installed with the circular ring-shaped frame bodies 14 by placing the concrete.
