<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separating membrane with a support body capable of preventing the hydrogen separating membrane from being broken and which has high adhesiveness between the hydrogen separating membrane and the support body, a fuel cell provided with the same and a method for manufacturing them. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hydrogen separating membrane includes a first process of providing a low-hardness metal membrane (20) having a hardness lower than that of the hydrogen separating membrane (10) between the hydrogen separating membrane (10) and the support body (30), and a second process of bonding the hydrogen separating membrane (10), the low-hardness metal membrane (20) and the support body (30) by a cold bonding method. In this case, the deformation of the hydrogen separating membrane (10), the low-hardness metal membrane (20) and the support body (30) can be prevented. As a result, the break of the hydrogen separating membrane (10) can be prevented; and the adhesiveness between the hydrogen separating membrane (10) and the support body (30) can be improved, whereby it is not necessary to elevate a condition for cold bonding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
