PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reactive hot-melt adhesive having excellent adhesiveness and surface smoothness of interior wrapping member of building. SOLUTION: The reactive hot-melt adhesive composition comprises 0.003-0.25 wt.% based on the total weight of adhesive of a surface adjuster having a specific surface adjustment effect in an isocyanate terminal polyurethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate.
