PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine having an operation panel structure preventing easy falling even when a product is fallen in an upright posture during transportation of products. SOLUTION: This washing machine is provided with the operation panel 3 composed of a control board 5, an operation display part 3, an operation part body 3b and a control board mounting plate 3c, the back side of the operation part body 3b is extended with a first projection piece 12 projecting to the side of a washing machine casing 1 and having a first through-hole 12a; the washing machine casing 1 has a first boss part 14 in a position corresponding to the first projection piece 12; the first boss part 14 has a screw hole 14a corresponding to the first through-hole 12a and extending in the approximately vertical direction, and the operation panel 3 is screwed to the washing machine casing 1 to a screw hole 14a with a screw 19 via the first through hole 12a to provide this washing machine preventing easy falling of the operation part due to transportation damage.
