The device has a hollow insulating enclosure (17) to form a continuous insulation around a terminal board (7) or terminals and cables (5, 6) of a power supply network and to prevent access to electrical parts under voltage. An insulating case (18) is connected electrically through a cable (19) to the enclosure. The case houses a switch gear for controlling, protecting and supplying a receiver supported by a candelabrum.
