PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay extrusion toy allowing a user to play a barber and a customer with clay without leaving the clay inside a mold and having a cap and a spacer. SOLUTION: This clay extrusion toy is provided with a clay extruder 11 having a piston pushing the installed clay, a cap 35 closing an extrusion hole of the clay extruder, and the spacer 45 to be inserted in the cap. This clay extrusion toy is so formed that the animal-shaped cap is bored with molding holes 39 in its top part, the spacer has a semispherical top part, and the clay filling the inside of the cap is extruded from the plurality of molding holes provided in the cap top part by the piston via the spacer, so that the clay can be extrusion-molded as if hair grows on the head.
