<p>The device for the multi-row production of the grilled minced-meat fingers (picture 1) belongs to the area of fresh meat processing, and this especially applies to the device that serves to shape the grilled minced-meat fingers, which is made of the body (1 ) picture 1 , and the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 , which are, when completed, screwed onto the thread which is located in the front part of the filling device. At the end of the thread (3) picture 2, of the body (1 ) picture 1 , there is on the inside a slope (4) picture 2, which serves to direct the meat mass. At the end side of the body (1) there is a groove (5) picture 2, into which the attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 is fitted by insertion. The end side of the body (6) and (5) picture 2, is made under a specific angle for the facilitation of the reception of grilled minced-meat fingers. The attachment for the shaping of the grilled minced-meat fingers (2) picture 1 , has five holes (7) picture 3, with specific and equal diameter and regular distribution, and the front side has a shaped part (8) picture 3, which has the same shape as the groove (5) on the body (1), so that it can be attached to the body of the device (1). The essence of the invention is production of ca. 200 - 300 kg of grilled minced-meat fingers in one hour, with significant saving of time and necessary workforce.</p> |
