PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily decomposing rubber composition which is a rubber composition easily decomposable and recyclable and having performance equal to the conventional rubber composition and to provide a tire comprising a part composed of the rubber composition as essential component. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the rubber composition composed of≥1 phr of a water soluble carbon nano filler to the rubber material as a base and relates to the tire comprising a part composed of the rubber composition as essential component.
