PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform vehicle height adjustment in a vehicle suspension device equipped with a fluid spring and an electromagnetic suspension. SOLUTION: The vehicle suspension device is equipped with an air spring 16 and an electromagnetic suspension 18. The air spring 16 is interposed between the sprung and the unsprung of the vehicle 10, and constituted so that vehicle height can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the volume by supplying or discharging the fluid. The electromagnetic suspension 18 is extendingly/contractingly controlled by a motor to generate the damping force between the upper sprungand the unsprung of the vehicle 10. An ECU100 adjusts the vehicle height by the cooperation of the air spring 16 and the electromagnetic suspension 18. The ECU100 reduces the driving force of the motor corresponding to the increase of the sharable weight of the air spring 16 at the time of vehicle height adjustment by the air spring 16.
