PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the resin coating metal sheet improved so that a functional covering layer may be peeled simply and a metal sheet can be collected easily when collecting and recycling the metal sheet as a used material especially in the functional composite metal sheets having functionality raised by laminating or bonding a coating material such as a plaster board, a urethane foam, decorative paper or the like to the resin coating metal sheet. SOLUTION: The resin coating metal sheet in which a coating resin layer is formed on the surface of the metal sheet is disclosed. This coating resin layer contains a matrix resin, a water-absorbing polymer and a percolation section or contains a water-soluble resin further, and the resin coating metal sheet is excellent in a easy-to-peel property.
