PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to locate the positions of supports receiving a plate to be printed at any desired positions of a substrate and, in addition, in case of the very thin reflexible plate to be printed, to keep an always flat state in the plate to be printed by giving a tension to the plate to be printed and, in case of the curved plate to be printed, to turn back its curved state to a flat state and then keep. SOLUTION: The substrate 1 is made of a magnetic material. A pin-like support 2 or a plate-like support 8, with which the plate to be printed is supported, has a permanent magnet fixed to its lower end so as to be held on the substrate 1 through the adsorption by the magnetism of the permanent magnet. Further, the pin-like support 2 or the plate-like support 8 has a suction port 3 or 9 provided at its upper end face and is connected through the suction port 3 or 9 with a proper vacuumizing device.
