<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent inserting device capable of reducing slippage due to being rubbed on an inner wall of a tubular organ and pushing out the stent so as not to be misaligned from a position determined in shrunk state as much as possible even if the stent pushed out of an outer tube might be axially shorter due to its dilatation. <P>SOLUTION: This stent inserting device comprises the outer tube 20, an inner tube 30 provided in the outer tube 20, and a stent locating part A provided on a periphery of a tip part of the inner tube 30. The stent 60 is kept in shrunk state between the stent locating part A of the inner tube 30 and an inner periphery of a tip part of the outer tube 20, which enables the stent to be released from the tip part of the outer tube 20 by pulling the outer tube 20 to a proximal end side against the inner tube 30. The device also includes a wire exserting hole provided on the tip part of the inner tube 30 and a holding wire 52 inserted in the inner tube 30, whose middle part is exserted from the wire exserting hole, and engaged with the stent so as to be pulled out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
