SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 having boxes for storing files assigned to every user comprises a table management part 1TK recording a file change in the boxes with the occurrence time of the change as change history information, a box internal change detection part 103 detecting, at the time of a user's log-in, file changes which occurred in the box of this user before this log-in based on the change history information of this box, and a screen display processing part 104 displaying the detection result.
