<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for both stencil printing and inkjet superior in wettability, clogging resistance, discharging stability, resistance to strike-through, handling property immediately after printing, light fastness, water resistance and moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This ink for both stencil printing and inkjet comprises at least a solvent and a coloring agent, wherein viscosity of the ink at 25°C is 10-60 mPa×s, and surface tension of the ink is 30-50 dyn/cm. In a preferred embodiment, the solvent is at least one of an oil component and an organic solvent having a boiling point of 300°C or higher, and a solvent content in the ink is 10 mass% or more.
