PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CELL CULTURE AND CELL CULTURE

It is intended to provide a process for producing a cell culture wherein feeder cells can be efficiently removed from a cell culture formed by culturing cells. This object is established by a process which comprises the first culture step of culturing inactivated feeder cells together with subject cells to be cultured, the feeder cell-removal step of selectively removing the feeder cells from the cells after the completion of the first culture step, and the second culture step of continuously culturing the subject cells to be cultured after the completion of the removal step. Thus, the feeder cells are removed between the first culture step and the second culture step and, therefore, the content of the feeder cells in the cell culture finally obtained after the subsequent second culture step can be easily lessened.
