PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system for an apparatus capable of performing collective management of a remote control object apparatus by concentrating information related to settings of the remote control object apparatus onto a remote control means. SOLUTION: The remote control system for the apparatus comprises: the remote control object apparatus; the remote control means having an operation display means for the apparatus; and an external sensor means for providing external information to the apparatus to control the apparatus, wherein the remote control means is provided with an external sensor interface means for making communication with the external sensor means to acquire the external information.
