PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fast numerical calculation of simultaneous linear equations of many unknowns restricting calculation time for a science and engineering simulator. SOLUTION: In a numerical value analysis method for solving simultaneous linear equations constituted by discretization of multiple analysis objects, a fast calculation algorithm for calculating the simultaneous linear equations for individual analysis object in a square order of the rank of a coefficient matrix, regarding coefficient matrices for multiple segment sets obtained by discretization of the individual analysis objects starting from a coefficient matrix for the sum set of the multiple segment sets, increases or decreases the ranks by one or a small multiple number sequentially to search for a coefficient matrix to be obtained and an element to be obtained for the segment set.
